摘要
以广东某汽车生产企业涂装车间产生的脱漆剂废水为研究对象,制定了"混凝絮凝-盐析-厌氧-缺氧-好氧-芬顿氧化"多级物化-生化耦合法处理工艺。结果表明,全流程COD去除率为98.77%,总氮去除率为77.9%,出水B/C比高于0.4。处理后的废水可直接进入涂装企业自有污水站生化系统进行二次生化处理。经过经济成本分析,该工艺可为本企业每年节约处理费837万元,具有良好的适用性。
Abstract
“Coagulation flocculation-salting out-anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic-Fenton oxidation”, a multi-stage physicochemical-biochemical coupling process, is developed to treat water-based paint stripper-containing wastewater generated in a coating workshop of a certain automotive plant in Guangdong, China.According to the experiment, COD removal rate reaches 98.77%, total nitrogen removal rate is 77.9%, and the B/C ratio in effluent exceeds 0.4.The treated wastewater can directly enter the biochemical system of sewage station owned by the plant for secondary biochemical treatment.Through economic analysis, this process can help the plant to save annual processing cost by RMB 8.37 million, showing a good applicability.
